This grade II listed 18th century farmhouse is 4 miles west of Launceston located in the scenic Kensey Valley, easily accessible from the A30.
The location of this period property makes it the ideal base from which to explore this beautiful and historic area. There is much to experience; from Launceston with its Norman castle, Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor, quaint fishing villages, National Trust and English Heritage properties, the beauty of the Tamar Valley to the rugged and dramatic North coast.
Hill Park offers guests large en-suite bedrooms,both centrally heated, each having a king sized bed and modern en suite shower room. Guests are welcome to relax in the large garden and enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the surrounding countryside.
Guests have their own entrance to each of the en-suites allowing maximum privacy and to add to the charm there is also a private patio to each room.
Tea and coffee making facilities, alarm clock and radio add to the comfort guests can expect to enjoy.
Breakfast is served in the traditional Cornish dining room which retains many of its original 18th century features including moorland fireplace and beamed ceiling.
Local and organic produce is used whenever possible; a choice of full English breakfast, vegetarian option available, smoked fish, porridge or lighter options.
Rooms are available from 3.30 pm.

From A30 travelling from East or West direction:
Exit at A395 Kennard House Junction (signposted North Cornwall)
Continue on A395 to Pipers Pool.
Take 1st right, signposted to Egloskerry.
Continue on lane beyond village for approximately .75mile and then take 1st right turn (on a left hand bend)
Follow this country lane for approximately 1 mile until you reach a white cottage with slate hangings - this is Hill Park.
Entrance and access to parking area is through gate immediately before cottage.
