Spacious 18thC farmhouse, quietly located on a 400 acre mixed working farm. Only 5 minutes from A30 and the ancient capital of Cornwall, Launceston.
Situated in an exceptional rural location for relaxation, Hurdon Farm offers the opportunity to explore the rich variety of attractions of Devon and Cornwall. The north and south coasts are within easy driving distance as are Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor. The Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, The Garden House at Yelverton and Rosemoor are just a few of the wonderful gardens to visit. There is also an impressive number of National Trust properties to visit in the area.
The bedrooms, all of which are en suite, are delightfully decorated in coordinating fabrics and colours and have facilities of full central heating, hairdryers, hospitality tray, colour TV as well as many other thoughtful little extras.
Breakfast and evening meal are served in the dining room where they can be relished at separate tables. Excellent use of local and home produce is used to create delicious freshly home-cooked 4-course dinners of imaginative flare.
The lounge features a wonderful wood burning stove, colour TV and large comfortable chairs for guests to relax in.
