The house, which dates back to the late 1500's, lies on the bank of the River Kensey about 1 mile outside the historic market town of Launceston.
With beamed ceilings and many original features St Leonards House is a haven of relaxation and luxury.
The house has been extensively refurbished to provide three en-suite letting rooms. It is tastefully furnished to a very high standard with antique furniture and many antique prints. There is a guest lounge and a lovely garden with riverside patio where you can relax sitting overlooking the water.
Evening meals can be provided by arrangement, children are welcome and babysitting can be arranged if required.

*St Leonard's House is open all year for luxury bed and breakfast accommodation @ £40 pppn with a supplement of £10 for single occupancy in a double room. Payment by cash or cheque is acceptable. Bedroom 1: A large bright welcoming room with a king size bed, antique furniture and a good size en-suite shower room with power shower. Bedroom 2: Another bright and beautifully furnished double room with a king size bed, antique furniture and en-suite, looking out across the garden to the fields beyond. Bedroom 3: A large room with twin beds, antique furniture and a large en-suite bathroom. This room is at the rear of the property and overlooks the garden. Check in time is after 4pm and we ask that you vacate your room by 10.30am on the day of departure. |cy||de||e
