The Tamar Valley is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty which stretches to Launceston, nestled between Dartmoor, Bodmin Moor and the south coasts of Devon and Cornwall

The Discovery Trails are divided into 5 sections ranging from 3 to 10 mile walks. Many people choose to combine a walk with the Tamar Valley Line train service to make a circular route, or take in one of the many villages along the trail for some well earned refreshment.
